The next Church Council meeting is scheduled for Sunday, March 7th at 9:00 - 9:45 AM.  In this meeting, we will be discussing and planning Church ministry events for the 2nd quarter 2010 (April, May, & June) as well as initial planning for the rest of the Summer.   We will be scheduling VBS during this meeting so it we will need at least one of the VBS leaders present.

Each committee or staff members needs to have the initial dates of their ministry event so that it can be scheduled on the Church Calendar, a description/purpose of that event, any associated costs involved for the participants and for the church
